We therefore have developed solutions that are innovative by virtue of
their level of integration and their technology, allowing to follow-up
and analyse the attendance and absence time of the staff of a company or
an institution.
Our solutions have been thought out with a view to allow either
centralized management by the Human Resources Department or decentralized
administrative tasks carried out by the different Heads of Department.
The system collects the time clock readings from the badge reader network,
the operators introduce further information, such as justified absences,
exceptional performances, changes in the working hours, the services, new
staff members, etc...
The calculation uses this information as well as the defined parameters
(working hours, absence motives, overtime work, etc...) to work out the
performances.
