Eastco consulting is a knowledge based company. The companyconsists out of one person, with a commercial as well as a technical backgroundand expertise. Erik Aussems, has broad experience in Mechanical components sourcing,as well in Europe as in Asia. Since 2000, heis travelling regularly to the Far East.Initially, working within the Philips group as a Strategic MechanicalBuyer.
From 2003 onwards, he started as an independent InterimManager supporting different companies like Bosch and Option. For the lastcompany he spent 1,5 years in Chinaas a Mechanical Liaison Manager and as tooling Manager.
Eastco is a small but flexible company. Eastco isfocussing on companies who are in need of support in Asia for different reasons: no availability of European (Western) manpower, no experience in Asia, need for flexible support (short periods), etc.
